Members of the public are very welcome to attend the Zoom Meeting as observers but will not be allowed to speak during the transaction of the business. 1        Apologies for absence and reasons given

2        To receive declarations of interests under The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012 of the Localism Act 2011 on any item on the Agenda

3        Notes of the last meeting held on Thursday 20 February 2020 to be approved as the Minutes

4        List of Correspondence – circulated by email

5        Resolutions Approved by Email due to Sedgebrook Parish Council being unable to meet due to Coronavirus – Nos 1 – 16 to note

6        Finance (The Clerk) – Audit 2019/20

6.1     End of Year reconciliation – to be accepted and signed
6.2     Annual Internal Audit Report 2019/20 – has been returned by the Internal Auditor – to note
6.3    The Annual Governance Statement 2019/20 (Section 1) – for approval and agree signature by the Clerk at the meeting and the Chairman as soon as practicable
6.4    The Accounting Statements 2019/20 (Section 2) – for approval and to agree signature by the Chairman as soon as practicable
6.5    AGAR Part 2 Certificate of Exemption – to note and agree – to be signed by the Responsible Financial Officer at the meeting and by the Chairman as soon as practicable. The RFO to submit the Certificate of Exemption to the External Auditor
6.6    Arrangements for the exercise of Public Rights - to note
